Lee Spring Catalog Covers
Description
Over the years I would design catalog covers for the Lee Spring. Every design needed to convey one message, that this was a mechanical spring catalog. My main focus was always making the spring image big or at least the center of attention.
100th Year Cover
One of my favorite covers was their 100th Year Anniversary cover. I took a lot of time making it. One of my favorite parts of that cover was making the "100" out of springs. Using spring images felt more unique, than just making a graphic of it. I also used a lot of gold colors as an homage to their logo, before I did their rebrand.
Final Thoughts
I learned a lot from making these covers. As a designer I learned how to communicate ideas using different techniques of photo manipulation. Being resourceful can bring out creative ideas and solutions.
