Lee Spring Invoice Portal

Description

The Lee Spring Invoice Payment Portal was designed for customers to pay there invoices with a unpaid balances online.

Design Process

I made sure the "Proceed to Payment" button stand out the most. That way the customer knows where to go to start the transaction. I sectioned out all other information so it's easy to read everything and not just one overwhelming block of data. These sections would also be easy to reconfigure when the screen is displayed on a mobile device.

When you get to the payment page you can see it is a two column structure. The left side is everything you can fill in or select. While the right side is data that can't be modified or changed. On the mobile version, the layout switches from left and right to top and bottom. From the top the user will fill in information and select options. When they get to the bottom is all data that can't be changed.

Once the user proceeds by finishing their payment. They last screen is a confirmation that their payment has been processed with all the information needed for any question to from the company. I made sure that the check mark icon and the "Thank You" is bigger than the rest of the information. Making sure the user knows that they have done everything that pertain to the payment process.

Finals Thoughts

I've come to learn that all payment portals and processes are all the same. What really makes the UX/UI stand out for each of them is the ease of use and feeling after you finish. As basic as this design was, I look forward into making future designs more unique and innovative to stand out in the industry.
