Quick Spring Logo
Description
The Quick Spring logo was designed with the intention of feeling quick. Quick Spring is a spring supplier that promises quick quoting for quick delivery.
The Brand
I chose orange as the main brand color. The shade of orange symbolize the intensity of the company. Like an orange flame, fast and intense.
I chose a san-serif font for easy readability and italicized it to display quick motion. The loops on next to the "Q" is a representation of a spring. Breaking the loops and adding lines for motion were all design choices to reinforce the company promise.
The "Q"
You might think to that the "spring" is the icon for the logo. Actually the "Q" is the icon. The "Q" relates back to wire forming which is a popular service in the spring industry. I thought that making the "Q" out of one line would be the perfect association back to service.
Final Thoughts
I had a blast working on this logo from start to finish. My experience designing this logo was only the beginning of my designer career.
